Why Study At A Community Music School?
“The more we give of anything, the more we shall get back.” Grace Speare
Students of the Allegro Community Music School don’t just walk in and out of weekly lessons anonymously. Our students become proud members of the Allegro family, often ready to share the cause of giving back to the community through support to fellow musicians, young and old.
•Programs offered at Allegro reflect the desire of the School to reach the needs of the entire musician, through recital and performance opportunities, music enrichment classes, ensembles, and more.
•Each student is individually placed with a qualified instructor best suited to meet his or her needs and goals.
•Allegro’s ever-expanding program offerings exhibit a strong commitment to community outreach.
•Our faculty and students are evaluated regularly and individually to ensure the highest quality of musical instruction is being offered, and maximum progress for each student is being attained.
•Allegro is large enough to offer a variety of programs, but small enough to look closely at individual students.
•Family members of all ages can study in one, convenient location at the same time.
•Allegro students participate in two, family-friendly recitals per year, with an increasing number of outside performance opportunities.
•As Allegro students, volunteer opportunities are given and encouraged
to help young musicians find a place in their community, sharing and
applying the skills they have achieved.
